Do I need a card to start the free trial?
Yes. You add a card when you set up, but you’re not charged during the 7-day trial. On day 7 it becomes a paid plan unless you cancel first — cancel anytime before then from your billing page and you pay nothing.
When does the worksheet arrive each day?
Worksheets are ready early in the morning, before the school day starts, on the days you’ve scheduled. You’ll be able to set your own delivery time and get a heads-up when it’s ready — that’s coming next; for now it lands each morning and waits for you in the dashboard.
What if I print the worksheets and don't type answers back in?
That works — printing is a first-class way to use Steady Study. The level only adjusts when it hears from you, though, so tap Too easy or Too hard at the end of a sheet (or jot the score in) whenever the difficulty feels off. With no signal at all, it holds steady at the level you started on rather than guessing.
How does it pick the right level?
Each subject moves on its own. A few strong days in a row and it steps up; a rough stretch and it eases off. Your Too easy / Too hard taps nudge it right away. A child can be ahead in math and right at grade level in reading, and both get worksheets that fit.
Which subjects and ages is this for?
English, Math, Science, and Spanish — one subject a day, your pick per day. It’s built for grades K–6 (roughly ages 5–11).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in a couple of clicks from your billing page. Cancel during the trial and you’re never charged. Cancel later and you keep access through the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Is my family's data safe?
Kids never sign in — these are parent accounts only, and we don’t collect personal information from children. Close your account anytime and we delete your family’s personal data. We never sell it.
